The City of Pismo Beach, CA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide design build owner’s advisor services. The selected advisor will lead the development of design-build and rating criteria to ensure alignment with project objectives and industry best practices for risk management.

Key responsibilities include assisting the city in formulating criteria for selecting the design-build team, advising on risk identification and mitigation strategies relevant to the procurement process, and providing recommendations to address potential challenges throughout the project. The advisor will also participate in design-build progress meetings, support the review of submittals, schematics, and cost reports, help maintain the overall project schedule, and review design documents at various stages to confirm compliance with project specifications.

This contract will be for a one-year term.
