Must have provided governmental deferred compensation plan consulting services for a minimum of ten years.
Must have a project leader who has provided governmental deferred compensation plan consulting services for a minimum of five years.
Must comply with City of Los Angeles General Contracting Provisions.
Must maintain required insurance coverage levels including Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Professional Liability.
Must be able to provide services as a fiduciary under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
Must submit all required compliance documents including the Iran Contracting Act of 2010 Affidavit and Prohibited Contributors (Form 55) if applicable.

DESCRIPTION
