Data Pipeline Solution

The issuer is seeking information from vendors that can provide a data pipeline solution to aggregate data into a unified stream accessible by multiple systems. The requested solution should enable the free exchange of information across systems, improve operational efficiency, reduce bandwidth and related costs, and add an additional layer of security to log streaming.

The solution is expected to reduce centralized Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) ingest volume without sacrificing investigative capability. It should encrypt sensitive data prior to storage, support Splunk Enterprise and Kafka natively, and augment existing logging and monitoring environments. Additional requirements include API-based ingestion from cloud platforms and SaaS applications, support for both real-time streaming and batch ingestion workflows, and the ability to mask, tokenize, and redact sensitive information such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

The requested platform should also provide load balancing across destinations and generate alerts for failures or anomalies. This RFI indicates interest in vendors with secure, scalable data integration technologies that can support modern security and observability use cases.
