The City of British Columbia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive data analytics services and solutions for monitoring and enforcement of short term rental (STR) activities. The chosen vendor will deliver a complete end-to-end data analytics solution in support of the STREET program, integrating all aspects of STR data management.

This includes data acquisition and consolidation, analysis and insight generation, and visualization and reporting within the City's existing Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure. The solution will facilitate the City's STR monitoring efforts, enforcement actions, policy evaluation, and reporting obligations such as STREF grant reporting. The goal is to limit unlawful STRs and mitigate their effects on housing availability and affordability. Key service areas include data collection and integration, data analysis and trend evaluation, enforcement and compliance support, and data management and collaboration.
