Vendor needs to provide data analytics services and solution for short term rentals.– Deliver a complete end–to–end data analytics solution in support of the STREET program– Integrating all aspects of STR data management, from data acquisition and consolidation, through analysis and insight generation, to visualization and reporting, within the City’s existing Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure– Solution will directly support STR monitoring, enforcement actions, policy evaluation, and reporting obligations (including STREF grant reporting), helping the City limit unlawful STRs and mitigate their impacts on housing and affordability– Data Collection & Integration– Data Analysis & Trend Evaluation– Enforcement & Compliance Support– Data Management & Collaboration
