Must provide two dark fiber paths to the Stowers Institute
Must adhere to appropriate ITU/IEEE/ANSI standards
Must be single mode fiber suitable for DWDM networking at 100Gbps and greater

Must provide 24x7 access to a Network Operations Center (NOC)
