DESCRIPTION

The Vermont Department of Public Service is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to conduct and analyze a statistically valid survey, a non-scientific survey, and facilitate multiple stakeholder focus groups. These services will support the Department's review of Comcast's petition for the renewal of its Certificate of Public Good for the provision of cable television services in Vermont. The contract period is for two years, with an option to renew for up to two additional twelve-month periods. The selected contractor may also be required to provide testimony in hearings before the Vermont Public Utility Commission.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be qualified and prepared to perform statistically valid surveys and facilitate multi-stakeholder focus groups
Must have prior knowledge of issues related to the provision of cable television service and the renewal of certificates of public good in Vermont
Must be able to meet or exceed baseline standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA and the ADA
Must provide a plan for language access services
Must be registered with the Vermont Secretary of State's office
Must obtain a Contractor's Business Account Number issued by the Vermont Department of Taxes
