DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide counter narcotics strategic advisor services, including support for counter narcotics and anti-trafficking operations, precursor chemical detection and identification, drug trafficking investigations, and the development or enhancement of intelligence platforms. The Strategic Advisor will engage in a wide array of coordination activities aimed at strengthening law enforcement capabilities within Guatemala's complex foreign assistance environment, a matter of importance to both the public and Congress.

Responsibilities also include offering expert guidance to various law enforcement units and collaborating with INL or personnel supported by INL. The advisor's strategic input will help expand operational effectiveness and institutional capacity for combating narcotics and trafficking crimes.
