DESCRIPTION
The issuing organization seeks a vendor to provide coordinator and liaison services in support of economic development, business, international relations, and education objectives. The selected contractor will be expected to develop and implement strategic work plans, establish goals and timelines, and define measurable outcomes for programs and initiatives.
The scope includes coordinating outreach and engagement with public and private sector stakeholders, identifying relevant local agencies and partners, and building relationships with government agencies, financial institutions, and business organizations. The contractor will also support business development, trade, and investment initiatives, promote industries, products, services, and opportunities in Taiwan, and help advance Taiwan as a destination for education, training, and investment.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with meetings, events, delegations, and promotional activities, as well as providing Taiwan market intelligence and analysis relevant to program priorities. The vendor will monitor economic conditions, policy and regulatory developments in Taiwan, and track progress against established goals and performance measures. Questions are due by May 20, 2026, and the contract term is one year.
