DESCRIPTION
The procuring entity seeks a vendor to provide coordinator and liaison services in support of economic development, business, international relations, and education objectives. The selected vendor will be expected to develop and implement strategic work plans, establish goals and timelines, and define measurable outcomes for programs and initiatives.
The scope includes coordinating outreach and engagement with public and private sector stakeholders, identifying relevant local agencies and partners, and building relationships with government agencies, financial institutions, and business organizations. The vendor will also promote industries, products, services, and opportunities in China; assist with meetings, events, delegations, and promotional activities; and provide market intelligence and analysis related to China, including monitoring economic conditions, policy changes, and regulatory developments.
Additional responsibilities include tracking progress against established goals and performance measures, as well as maintaining accounting systems, records, and financial documentation. Questions are due by May 20, 2026, and the anticipated contract term is one year.
