The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide coordinator and liaison services in support of economic development, business, international relations, and education objectives. The selected vendor will be expected to develop and implement strategic work plans, establish goals and timelines, and define measurable outcomes for programs and initiatives.
The scope includes coordinating outreach and engagement with public and private sector stakeholders, supporting business development as well as trade and investment initiatives, and promoting industries, products, services, and other opportunities in the Philippines. The vendor will also help advance the Philippines as a destination for education, training, and investment, while monitoring economic conditions, policy changes, and regulatory developments in the country.
Additional responsibilities include tracking progress against established goals and performance measures. Questions are due by May 19, 2026, and the anticipated contract term is one year.
