The requested solution includes a modern, reliable, and scalable PBX and/or contact center platform to replace the existing telephony environment. The new system is intended to transition legacy on-premises telecom infrastructure to a cloud-based communications platform that improves customer service capabilities, strengthens operational effectiveness, enables remote connectivity, and enhances long-term system supportability.
