DESCRIPTION


The government authority in New Haven, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide construction manager at risk services for the Union Square Choice Neighborhoods Initiative redevelopment. The selected firm will support the planning, preconstruction, and construction phases of the project, with responsibilities spanning both on-site construction activities and off-site coordination.

Scope of services includes project start-up and team integration, review of existing information and due diligence, cost estimating and budget development, value engineering and cost reduction measures, constructability and document review, site logistics and urban construction planning, and procurement planning and market outreach. Administrative support, design review sessions, and project meetings will also be required to help advance project delivery.

A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for May 14, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by May 18, 2026.
