A government authority in Pecos, Texas is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide both pre-construction services and general construction services for a project. The selected firm will work directly with the owner and support key planning and delivery functions throughout the project lifecycle.
The CMAR is expected to assist with scheduling, budgeting, development of project documentation, inventory of existing materials, solicitation and bidding of subcontractors, and construction execution. The role also includes evaluating quality, initial cost, maintenance considerations, and overall appropriateness of building components, as well as assessing the availability of materials and components in relation to the project schedule.
The owner reserves the right to contract separately with other suppliers, vendors, consultants, and contractors when it is considered to be in the best interest of the project. The contract term is one year, and questions are due by May 20, 2026.
