DESCRIPTION

A government authority located in Lubbock, Texas is seeking qualified vendors to provide construction manager–agent (CMA) services. The selected CMA will function as an independent third-party contractor responsible for comprehensive construction management, including managing design phase changes that may occur during the construction process.

The CMA may also be tasked with coordinating and supervising third-party contractors and consultants as requested by the client. The engagement will require the use of cloud-based project management and project record software platforms, specifically Trimble Unity Construct and Bluebeam Revu. These tools ensure real-time collaboration by granting all project team members constant access to key project data, management decisions, and approval statuses. Upon commencement of the CMA contract, the service provider will be expected to integrate project documentation into these platforms daily.

The contract will be awarded for a period of three years. Interested vendors should submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 14, 2026.
