(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Decatur, GA. – Review the construction Contract Documents.– Assist the agency in responding to pre–bid inquiries from prospective construction contractors during active construction.– Observe and inspect the work performed by the contractor to verify completion in conformance with the contract documents. – Document Contractor activities and prepare daily inspection reports, including labor and equipment onsite, work in progress, completed work, discrepancies, inspections, test results, weather conditions, and relevant discussions.– Prepare and submit field directives and work change directives to the agency for approval prior to issuing to the Contractor. – Prepare draft meeting minutes and distribute them to the Contractor, Engineer and agency for review and comments within seven (7) calendar days of the pre–construction meeting.– Project Manager – Construction Manager – Construction Inspector – Document Controller – Administrative Assistant – Project Engineer (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on February 13, 2026.
