DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is seeking a vendor to provide construction management at-risk services. The selected firm will support the project through both preconstruction and construction-phase activities, with responsibilities that include constructability reviews, value engineering, cost estimating, and scheduling.

The scope also includes preparation of a Construction Emergency Response Plan and Site Safety Plan, development of a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plan with document management and storage procedures, and provision of an Environmental Management Plan.
