DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Woodstock, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design professional services for a variety of construction projects. The scope of work includes design services for renovations and additions to existing schools and other buildings, as well as design for future school buildings.

Services should cover evaluations, analysis, recommendations, cost and time estimates, the creation of reports, schematic, preliminary and final designs, feasibility studies, field inspections, on-site and code compliance investigations, as well as expertise in structural, civil, and mechanical engineering.
