(1) Vendor needs to provide computer aided dispatch, records management system and jail management system consultant services. – Procure a modern, mission–critical public safety system that supports 24/7 operations, data integrity, interoperability, compliance with applicable laws and standards, and long–term sustainability. – Review vendor proposals, specifications, and contractual documents related to CAD, RMS, and JMS. – Identify contractual, technical, operational, and financial risks. – Ensure contract terms are fair, enforceable, and aligned with the City's operational, technical, and budgetary requirements. – Explore optional services in addition to contract review that may enhance CAD, RMS, and JMS. (2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on February 26, 2026. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2026.
