(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive website platform support service. • Current Technical Environment– Technical Stack: Python, Django, React, Material UI, PostgreSQL, PostGIS – Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services to include container and serverless computing services (e.g. EC2, AppRunner, Lambda), security services (e.g. Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub), and API proxy/gateway architectures (e.g. Pushpin). – Repository: GitHub for code management and issue tracking • Operations & Maintenance – Version 5 website and API maintenance – Version 4 API support through QDMP transition – AWS infrastructure management – Colorado State University CSIP model integrations – QDMP partner API integrations – Maintain single sign–on (SSO) links – Maintain API linkage to project registration in member portal – Emergency fixes, bug fixes, and enhancements – Technical support (Field to Market staff, QDMPs) – Code repository and documentation maintenance (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 15, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
