A one-year contract opportunity is available for a vendor to provide comprehensive website platform support services. The current technical environment includes a stack of Python, Django, React, Material UI, and PostgreSQL with PostGIS, all hosted on Amazon Web Services utilizing container and serverless services such as EC2, AppRunner, and Lambda. The platform also leverages AWS security solutions like Config, GuardDuty, and Security Hub, as well as API proxy and gateway architectures including Pushpin. Code management and issue tracking are handled via GitHub.
The selected vendor will be responsible for ongoing operations and maintenance, which includes maintaining the Version 5 website and APIs, supporting Version 4 API through the QDMP transition, and managing AWS infrastructure. The scope of work also covers integration with Colorado State University's CSIP model and QDMP partner APIs, maintaining single sign-on (SSO) links, and sustaining API connections to project registration in the member portal. The vendor must also respond to emergency issues, implement bug fixes and enhancements, offer technical support to staff and partners, and maintain code repositories and documentation.
This contract requires all questions related to the proposal to be submitted by November 15, 2025.
