Orange County, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive planning, building, and engineering services in support of the review of discretionary and ministerial permit applications. Services will include evaluation of planning applications, tract maps, subdivision improvements, grading and building plans, as well as associated development plans that require county approval on an as-needed basis.

The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting building plan check reviews in a range of areas, including architectural and life safety, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy code compliance, green code requirements, disabled access, septic design, and acoustical standards. Additional responsibilities include grading and geotechnical engineering services, as well as roadway design review to ensure compliance with all applicable county standards.
