(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive performance and strategic evaluation services to the government authority located in Florida.– Comprehensive performance and strategic evaluation of the community redevelopment area.– Consultant will perform a full review of the performance, fiscal trajectory, and redevelopment outcomes; evaluate progress toward established plan goals and recommend strategies to maximize the return potential and community impact.– Comprehensive performance audit report.– Redevelopment prioritization matrix and strategic action framework.– Plan amendment recommendations.– Additive alternate report: bond readiness and revenue leveraging analysis.– Public presentation deck (PowerPoint format).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on December 9, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
