A government authority in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to provide compliance services focused on reviewing, reconstructing, and maintaining tenant and housing-related documentation. The scope includes establishing systems for ongoing compliance maintenance, obtaining system access, conducting an initial assessment, generating and analyzing all required EIV reports, and reconstructing files and supporting documentation.
The selected contractor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive searches of property storage areas and archives to locate tenant certification records, creating a detailed inventory of missing documents using a standardized tracking system, and reconstructing and submitting HAP vouchers. Required deliverables include a system access confirmation report, file reconstruction plan, monthly progress reports, and a final compliance certification.
The contractor must implement appropriate safeguards for handling sensitive tenant information and ensure that physical documents are secured when not in use. Questions related to the solicitation must be submitted by May 15, 2026.
