The government authority in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive community relations support services. The scope includes community engagement, marketing, alternative mode programming, fare systems and policies, and support for strategic initiatives. Services are expected to support day-to-day community relations activities through virtual, digital, and in-person channels.
The selected vendor will also assist with the creation and execution of business assistance plans for businesses affected by transit construction, including support tailored to organizations of different sizes and needs. Additional responsibilities include developing multicultural public relations strategies, managing crisis communications, applying Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Intelligence (BI), and public opinion analytics, and providing graphic design and production services for community relations and public information materials.
The contract term is anticipated to be five years.
