(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach and engagement services. Agency seeks proposals from experienced outreach firms or teams to plan and execute high–quality community engagement that builds understanding and support for programs, service planning, and capital projects. Provide, hire, and manage street teams/ambassadors to support community engagement, with a focus on reaching underrepresented populations. Develop and deliver a consistent training program for outreach workers to ensure high–quality, consistent field engagement and data collection. Lead event planning (location coordination, permits, materials, multilingual access, ADA considerations) and contractor staff scheduling. Coordinate with brand/PR partners for alignment on outreach materials (not media relations) to ensure message accuracy and accessibility across languages.
