The government authority in Albany, New York is seeking a vendor to provide Community Learning and Technical Assistance Resource Centers services. The selected contractor will establish and operate two Technical Assistance Resource Centers (TARCs) to support 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) subgrantees.
The services are intended to provide monitoring, technical assistance, and professional development for current Round 8 subgrantees through June 30, 2027, as well as for new subgrantees to be awarded under a Round 9 competition. Continued performance is contingent on the ongoing availability of federal funding. Questions related to the solicitation are due by May 20, 2026.
