(1) Vendor needs to provide community engagement and equity consultant services.– Develop an equitable community engagement strategy that centers the voices and priorities of frontline community members– Support the implementation of the equitable community engagement strategy by working with the Department and priority community organizations on a robust engagement campaign focused on gathering the experiences and priorities of frontline residents. This includes conducting a local social and racial equity analysis with updated tools– The energy consultant will assess progress towards the energy goals in the existing, assess the need for revisions based on current science, and recommend revised goals and strategies. (2) A pre–submission conference will be held on December 8, 2025. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025.
