(1) Vendor needs to provide community–based advertising services for the placement of weekly outreach advertisements in community–based newspapers. (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on February 25, 2026. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 04, 2026. (4) A contract period will be for one year.
