The issuing organization is seeking one or more marketing and communications agencies to provide ongoing communications services through a retainer-based partnership model. Rather than assigning isolated projects, the organization intends for selected agencies to operate as an extension of its internal team, providing flexible and responsive support across multiple priority initiatives.
The scope includes integrated marketing and communications support for campaigns, events, digital engagement, and stakeholder communications. The organization will provide ongoing direction on priorities, campaigns, and communications needs, while the selected agencies will be responsible for allocating resources, managing workflow, and delivering services within the agreed retainer scope. Priorities and initiatives will be assigned on a rolling basis, and agencies will be expected to respond with appropriate staffing, timelines, and level-of-effort planning.
