DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide services for the design of a comprehensive communication strategy and capacity building program. Responsibilities include developing a monitoring and evaluation tool for use by the operational team during program implementation. The consultant is tasked with establishing specific indicators to assess program impacts in key areas such as reduced energy consumption and emissions, decreased energy poverty, improved household finances, enhanced health conditions related to indoor air quality, green job creation and professionalization in the energy sector through training, increased property values, and considerations for diversity, equity, inclusion, and gender.
