DESCRIPTION

The state of Colorado seeks proposals from vendors to provide a Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS). This IT solution will allow multiple airlines to utilize the airport's existing infrastructure, including computer hardware, peripheral equipment, and local area networks, to facilitate passenger and flight processing through each airline’s host systems.

The project requires comprehensive support for any hosted services in the cloud, such as servers, workspaces, virtual firewalls, and networking appliances. Selected vendors must establish and monitor service and capacity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure the solution is both highly available and compliant with TSA and FAA cybersecurity directives. The CUPPS platform must consist of a combination of on-premises hardware and cloud-hosted services, with a minimum of two separate data centers supporting redundancy and direct, redundant network connections to Denver International Airport's (DEN) network.

Critical responsibilities include ongoing cybersecurity vulnerability monitoring, management of endpoint workstation and peripheral health, and the health of cloud servers. The contract resulting from this RFP will span a period of three years.
