Additional services include comprehensive system testing to ensure functionality, data integrity, and security, as well as the creation and delivery of training materials for a variety of user groups. The vendor will also manage go-live and cutover activities and provide tiered ongoing support following implementation to ensure a successful transition and continued operation of the system.
