Vendor needs to provide college and career navigation solution. Provide a Software–as–a–Service Solution with functionality to meet the State’s requirements. In addition, the State Entity requires the supplier to conduct the project using a hybrid approach for the College and Career Navigation Solution (CCNS) system implementation that combines the elements of the traditional system development lifecycle (or Waterfall methodology) at the program level for overall program governance, project/scope management, and budgeting, and an Agile development approach for each project phase. Documenting and mapping current–state and future–state business processes into formats that can be configured within the solution. System Configuration: Configuring workflows, business rules, security roles, user groups, and permissions to support approved processes. Interfaces and Integrations: Designing and implementing secure data exchange with State Entity systems and required third–party systems. Reporting and Analytics: Designing and developing standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and management needs. Testing: Planning and executing testing activities to ensure solution functionality, data integrity, performance, security, and compliance with requirements. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for internal users, external users, and system administrators. Go–Live and Cutover: Supporting final readiness activities and obtaining approval to transition the solution into production operations. Post–Implementation and Ongoing Support: Providing tiered post–implementation support.
