The City of McMinnville, Oregon, is seeking a provider for co-managed information technology and cybersecurity services. The scope may include Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technical support; remote troubleshooting; on-site assistance; hardware and software support; user account administration; Microsoft 365 support; printer, peripheral, and mobile device support; employee onboarding and offboarding; workstation deployment; escalation support for City IT personnel; after-hours emergency support; and incident and resolution documentation.

Accordingly, the provider must maintain sufficient CJIS-qualified personnel to meet contractual service levels without relying on unauthorized personnel.
