Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosting Yardi consultant support solution. • Provision of professional consultants and support services from Yardi approved consulting firms to provide expert implementation and support services for the Yardi software platform • Deliver a secure, scalable, and compliant solution to departments. • Align Yardi configurations with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity policies. • User Enablement: Provide tailored training and documentation for the accounting team, program staff and IT Support. • IT Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT to align system architecture, integrations, and security protocols. • Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure system setup supports HUD regulations, audit trails, and financial transparency. • Provide audit–ready reporting and compliance support. • Ensure accurate ledger management, voucher processing, and fund allocation • Data migration and integration reports • Assist with API setup and third–party system integrations (e.g., accounting, leasing platforms).
