The vendor will provide a cloud-hosted transportation data analytics platform that delivers historical and real-time or near-real-time multimodal transportation insights without requiring city-owned sensors or field hardware. The platform should support transportation analysis for traffic engineering, mobility planning, safety assessment, and complaint validation.
