(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted bookstore management solution.– Management and operation of the Shop Bookstore retail location and related services.– Provide SaaS hosted and cloud solutions.– Include sale of new textbooks, used textbooks, textbook rentals, electronic and digital books, reference and trade books, stationery, student supplies, clothing, spirit items, fraternity and sorority items, and other merchandise items now sold in the Shop and at retail locations and additional non–consumable items that are normally sold in a college book store or retail operation.– Providing special book orders and distance learning course materials; used textbook purchase (buyback); copyright clearance and course packs; as well as providing other services ordinarily made available in college bookstores.– Bookstore and retail locations operations may include the limited sale of drinks, snacks, candy bars, and other items for consumption.– Solution components that are provided by third–party partners, including OEM software, hosting, internal application network, etc.– Business continuity and disaster recovery management practices.– Provide detailed information regarding browser requirements for the proposed solution to meet the functionality and system requirements.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 25, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
