The state of New Jersey is seeking information regarding the provision of cloud-based Customer Experience Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). This solution will support Unified Communications requirements, featuring Genesys Cloud Customer Experience and leveraging the Magnify Framework Infrastructure as a Service.
The proposed IaaS will include the implementation and deployment of a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Moderate Cloud Customer Experience Contact Center. Key components include new telephony circuits, monitoring capabilities, call recording, workforce management tools, and voice analytics. Respondents should demonstrate experience with cloud contact center solutions and compliance with federal security standards.
