DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based transition data platform featuring a centralized, web-based system for public access, visualization, and reporting of drinking water system information. The required platform, referred to as the External User Viewer Platform or equivalent, must integrate with Microsoft Entra ID to support Single Sign On (SSO) functionality.

The contractor is responsible for cloud hosting utilizing Microsoft Azure; this includes support for scheduled maintenance, patching, downtime management, ongoing testing, and periodic updates to the agency. The current system version will be managed and shared via the agency SharePoint, and the contractor will handle the project schedule using Microsoft Project. Primary communication tools for the project will include Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

The project also calls for supporting access to both production and testing environments hosted in the contractor’s Microsoft Azure Government Cloud. The contractor is expected to provide all necessary cloud resources to facilitate the agency’s suite of applications within the cloud environment.
