A New Jersey entity is seeking a vendor to design, install, and configure a comprehensive cloud-based security camera and access control system. The scope includes installation of IP-based interior and exterior cameras, along with the necessary recording equipment to support both on-site and cloud-based recording solutions. Management software must be provided to facilitate system administration and video access.

The project also requires the design and installation of a hardwired electronic access control system at selected doors, including the provision of readers, controllers, and all associated hardware. The selected vendor will be responsible for configuring management software, establishing user permissions, and performing system testing. Complete cabling, power installation, configuration, and thorough testing are expected, with detailed system documentation to be delivered upon completion.
