The platform will be used by students, families, staff, and community members in a variety of settings, including large public events, meetings, and one-on-one interactions.
The solution must support at least 50 languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic, and American Sign Language. Required capabilities include accurate real-time AI-powered interpretation and transcription, real-time translation with minimal latency, live transcription in all supported languages including English, and high-accuracy speech-to-text with context-aware translation. The platform must also offer APIs for custom integrations and secure data exchange, along with real-time usage tracking and performance analytics.
The selected vendor will be expected to provide 24/7 technical support by phone, email, and chat. Questions are due by May 21, 2026, and the contract term is anticipated to be one year.
