DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide and implement a comprehensive cloud-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for a laboratory serving large water utilities or similarly complex testing facilities. The system must be offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS/Cloud) solution with an established track record supporting such environments. The LIMS is expected to be fully functional and ready for out-of-the-box implementation, with the exception of configuration items.
Key requirements include integration with current external systems such as Hach WIMS and ARCGIS through electronic interfaces. The vendor will deliver all necessary software required for a complete and operable LIMS solution. In addition, the scope of work encompasses warranties, ongoing maintenance contracts, support services, project management, data migration, and instrument parsing setup and support.
The contract term will last for one year. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than June 2, 2026.
