Washington, DC is seeking a qualified vendor to implement, integrate, and support a cloud-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) delivered through a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. The solution will streamline and enhance HR and payroll business processes, providing accuracy and efficiency within a unified, cloud-hosted platform.

The selected vendor will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the HRMS, including system customization, migration of existing data, integration with other systems (such as payroll, ERP, finance, IT, and benefit vendors), and post-implementation support. Key project tasks include reengineering HR workflows and forms, defining user security permissions, designing and developing custom reporting and data fields, and ensuring seamless integration via APIs and data visualization tools.

The goal of this initiative is to optimize HR and payroll operations, reduce operational costs, and ensure robust, real-time management across all HR functions. The service must be delivered through a secure, subscription-based cloud infrastructure. The contract will be in effect for a period of two years.
