SUMMARY

Seeking a cloud-based fire records management system in Illinois with integration to Central Square Enterprise CAD, XML import capability, mobile dispatch data population, and standard data export functions. Questions are due May 14, 2026, with proposals due June 9, 2026.

DESCRIPTION

The issuing agency seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based fire records management system for fire service operations. The system will need to support integration with the countywide Central Square Enterprise CAD software and servers, through which services are dispatched and recorded.

The proposed solution must be capable of importing and parsing multi-agency XML files from the existing Central Square Enterprise CAD interface. It must also be able to populate location- and address-specific information into the existing CAD system so that the information appears automatically on mobile devices when units are dispatched. In addition, the system must support exporting data to common file formats such as CSV and Excel.

The requested platform is expected to function as a cloud-based fire records management system with multiple modules. Questions are due no later than May 14, 2026.
