A South Carolina agency is seeking a qualified vendor to implement a cloud-based financial and accounting software solution. The scope of work includes providing the necessary financial system software, implementation services, training, and ongoing technical support. The system will be used to support operations at the agency's water reclamation facility, wastewater conveyance system, pump stations, fleet management, inventory, and other related facilities.

The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying all required licenses, extensions, and modules, as well as installing any needed web applications. Integration and configuration with current systems must be provided, supporting compatibility with Windows-based workstations, iOS devices, and other commonly used hardware platforms. The vendor is expected to confirm support for specific versions of Windows and iOS. Additionally, setup and integration of the software with existing agency systems, as well as the configuration of forms and reports, will be required as part of this contract.
