DESCRIPTION

The City is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solution, along with technology solution assessment, procurement, and consulting services. The selected consultant will support the City in identifying, assessing, and acquiring an EAM system that streamlines asset management, work order processing, and capital project management for multiple departments, including streets, traffic, stormwater, parks, facilities, and fleet operations.

Key requirements include robust GIS-based asset mapping and tracking, maintenance history and lifecycle management, mobile data entry with live updates, and comprehensive inventory and materials management. The solution must feature bidirectional GIS integration, centralized operational data access across departments, and mobile compatibility. The consultant will assist in developing system requirements, a project management plan, an implementation schedule, and a communication strategy, as well as supporting the administration of a competitive procurement process for the selected EAM and CMMS technology solution.
