Vendor needs to provide cloud–based e–discovery and relativity software. – Provide relativity or equal software and e–discovery services. – Provide a secure, cloud–based hosting solution supporting all aspects of the services provided; including data loading, hosting, system security, internal quality assurance and chain of custody. – Provided by the contractor must cover database set–up, user training, user support, data importation, data exportation, system maintenance, data administration, project management, and any other services necessary. – Online document review platform for electronic discovery with robust document search and organization functions. – Ability to accept standard load files (.dat, .opt) in a variety of encodings. – Ability to process and ingest a variety of file types, across at least Microsoft, Google and Apple products. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026.
