The solution will also feature a public-facing website that mirrors internal dashboards, highlighting agricultural landscapes, project results, and investment opportunities to engage donors and private sector partners.
Automated dashboards and reporting tools are required to minimize reliance on fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes. An interactive dashboard, powered by Microsoft Power BI, should provide real-time visualization of key indicators, targets, and milestones. The system must utilize cloud-hosted architecture on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OneDrive to ensure resiliency and scalability. Additional functionalities include SMS messaging capabilities for rapid dissemination of information, as well as integration of AI-enabled features for data quality assurance and real-time insights. APIs must be developed for integration with AyuTE UI/UX.
