The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and comprehensive facility management platform. The solution is intended to centralize asset data, work order management, facility mapping, analytics, and capital planning within a single system to improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
The requested system must support interactive facility mapping based on floorplans or blueprints, including the ability to create, update, and manage work orders directly within the mapped interface. It should also allow users to interact with assets and equipment through clickable asset data, while providing visibility into maintenance activity, asset information, and system details within building layouts. Core functions include centralized asset and equipment lifecycle management, preventive and corrective maintenance tracking, work order creation and dispatch, real-time execution tracking, mobile work order capability, service request portal functionality, workflow approvals, and configurable dashboards with KPIs.
The platform must be accessible across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices on a 24/7 basis and include role-based access control, data encryption, and strong performance for large datasets covering assets, work orders, and facilities. In addition to software delivery, the vendor is expected to perform on-site collection and validation of facility assets and equipment, including capturing attributes, condition, photographs, and exact map locations. The selected provider must also configure facility maps and asset data at system launch and migrate existing maintenance and asset data into the new system. Questions are due by May 21, 2026.
