(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based cisco unified communications manager replacement services to the government authority located in El Paso, CO.– Replace current on–premises Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and associated systems with a modern, cloud–based call manager platform.– Cloud Call Manager – Fully hosted, redundant, secure, with hybrid support during migration. – Migrating to a secure, redundant, and scalable cloud–based call manager platform. – Ensuring seamless integration with Integrated Microsoft Teams Calling – Providing continuity for voicemail, call recording, and contact center services. – Include voicemail forwarding to Outlook inbox. – Provide dashboards showing call volumes, missed calls, and agent utilization. – Demonstrate cost reporting features or export capabilities for budgeting (cloud vs. on–prem). – Show role–based access control for leaders to view data relevant only to their department. – Include simulation of a 911 call from multiple endpoints (desk phone, softphone, Teams and/or Microsoft Integrated Teams Calling).
