(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based case management system.— Solution should seamlessly integrate with upstream data sources, streamline complex workflows, enhance productivity and efficiency, improve data accuracy and accessibility, strengthen reporting capabilities for informed decision–making, and rigorously protect client confidentiality.— Real–time case tracking.— Provide cloud–based CMS solution designed for the public defense context, prioritizing efficiency, reliability, and ease of use.— Deliver robust case flow, case processing, document management, reporting and other capabilities such as case discovery and disposition management.— Solution will provide significant efficiency gains in the overall public defender case management processes.— Increase operational visibility.— Eliminate redundancies in data entry.— Enable robust statistical analysis and research.— Readily available on–site or remote expert support.— Supported web browsers.— Mobile device compatibility (responsive web design required; specify iOS/Android app availability if applicable).— Multi–factor authentication login methods supported with integrations.— Query languages and languages supported by API available to users.— CMS must offer an intuitive, clean, and modern UI.— Mobile access to key functionalities (via responsive web or dedicated app).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on February 5, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
