The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based building automation system in California. The requested solution includes a web-based interface for real-time monitoring of building systems, enabling users to view equipment status, manage schedules, and acknowledge alarms. The system must also include cloud-hosted predictive machine-learning logic capable of autonomously adjusting setpoints or equipment operations based on real-time data analysis.
In addition, the scope includes a generative AI energy advisor designed to produce textual energy-saving recommendations and narrative insights from building data. The vendor will also be responsible for system configuration, field device integration, user training, and routine software maintenance to support security and operational stability.
Questions are due by May 20, 2026, and a pre-proposal conference will also be held on May 20, 2026. The resulting contract is expected to run for a period of two years.
